We want every bottle to arrive the way it left us. Here is how delivery and returns work, and what to do if something is not right.
Delivery
- We deliver within Pakistan.
- Orders are dispatched within two working days.
- Delivery is complimentary on orders over Rs 5,000.
Returns
You can return a bottle within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unopened, with its seal and box intact. Because fragrance is a personal product, we cannot take back a bottle once it has been opened or sprayed.
How to return
Write to us at [email protected] with your name and the details of your order. We will reply with how to send the bottle back to us.
Refunds
Once the bottle reaches us and we have checked that it is unopened, we refund you the way you paid.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us at [email protected] as soon as you can, with your order details and a photo, and we will put it right.
