These terms apply when you use myaure.co and when you order from Aure. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them with our Returns and Privacy Policy pages.
Who we are
Aure is a fragrance house. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Aure, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
Our products
We describe our fragrances and show them as accurately as we can. Photographs and the 3D bottles on the site are a guide: the colour of the perfume and of the box can look a little different on different screens.
Our perfumes are for external use only. Keep them away from your eyes, out of the reach of children, and away from flame and heat. If you have sensitive skin, try a little on your wrist first.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. We accept card and bank transfer at checkout. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before your order is sent and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel.
Your order
Your order is accepted when we confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a fragrance is no longer available or we cannot deliver to the address given; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Delivery and returns
We deliver within Pakistan and dispatch orders within two working days. Delivery is complimentary on orders over Rs 5,000. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The details are on our Returns page.
Using this site
The words, photographs, illustrations, bottles and other content on this site belong to Aure. You may look at them and share links to the site, but please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Our responsibility
We take care to make the site work and to send you exactly what you order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of Pakistan, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
